This application does not store or transmit any personal or sensitive data. Although it is used to help you verify the answer to a security question, it does not store or transmit your answer. It generates a short code from your answer which you can choose to share verbally with an agent. This allows the agent to verify your answer without access to the answer itself. This is an additional verification step. You will still present identification to your agent, and your agent will present identification to you.
